What you are buying, and what we owe you.

1Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and Nitin Mewar and Sidhanth Pandey, who build and run Who AI Knows as an independent product from India. Using Who AI Knows means accepting them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are saying you may.

2What the service does

We ask AI assistants the questions your buyers ask, and measure whether they recommend you. We read your website and the pages those assistants cite, score what we find, and list the changes worth making. A free rating does this once. A plan does it every week and keeps the history, so a change means something.

3Your account

One account, one email address. Keep it to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is in it.

4The plans

Three plans. What separates them is how many buying questions we track and how many competitors we watch beside you.

  • Indie — $29 a month. 10 questions and 3 competitors, tracked weekly, priced for each domain you track.
  • Starter — $79 a month. 25 questions and 3 competitors, tracked weekly.
  • Company — $129 a month, or $1,290 a year. 50 questions and 5 competitors, tracked weekly.

Prices exclude any tax that applies where you are; Polar adds it at the checkout. The current prices and what each plan includes are always the ones on the pricing section, and those are the ones you are charged.

5Paying, and renewing

Payment goes through Polar, who are the merchant of record for every sale. That means your contract for the payment itself is with them, they handle the card and the tax, and the receipt comes from them. We never see or store card details.

A plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then published, until you cancel it. If a payment fails we will keep the plan running for a short while and tell you to update the card; if it keeps failing, the plan lapses.

6Cancelling, and what happens to your data

Cancel whenever you like, from the billing screen. There is no notice period and nothing to ask us for.

  • Until the period ends — nothing changes. You have paid for it and the weekly runs keep going.
  • After it ends — the weekly runs stop, and so do new full reports, new drafts and the exports. Everything you had already is still there: every run, every score, the whole history. A week of AI answers that went unmeasured cannot be bought back later, so we do not delete the ones you paid for.
  • If you want it gone — cancelling does not delete anything. Ask us, and we delete it. That is section 8 of the privacy policy.

7Refunds

A plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current one, and we do not refund part-used periods. If a charge was a mistake — you were billed after cancelling, or billed twice — write to [email protected] and we put it right.

8What you may not do

  • Resell the service, or run it for other people as if it were yours.
  • Use it to attack, overload or probe anything — ours, or the websites we fetch on your behalf.
  • Ask us to crawl a domain you have no legitimate interest in, or use the free rating in bulk to build a list of other people’s scores.
  • Work around the limits of your plan — with extra accounts, or any other way.
  • Break the law with it, or use it to harass a business or the people behind one.

If you do any of these we may suspend the account. Where the problem can be fixed, we will say what it is first.

9What a rating is, and what it is not

Every rating is produced by third-party language models. We do not control them, we did not train them, and their answers change — the same question can be answered differently an hour later, and a model can be replaced by its vendor without telling anyone.

So a score is a measurement of one sample at one moment, not a fact about your business and not a promise about what any assistant will say tomorrow. The fixes we list are suggestions from a model about what tends to help; they are not professional advice, and doing them does not guarantee that a score moves. Anything an assistant says about you, right or wrong, is that assistant’s, not ours — we report it, we do not endorse it.

Decide what to do with your own website the way you would with any other measurement.

10Your website, and your content

You keep everything of yours. By entering a domain you confirm you may ask us to fetch it, and you let us fetch it, read it and store what we read for as long as we run ratings for you. The copy we draft for your pages is yours to use however you like.

We fetch pages the way any well-behaved crawler does, and we read each site’s robots.txt before we do.

11Availability

We do not promise an uptime figure, because we do not measure one yet and a number we do not measure is not a commitment. The service is provided as it is. If a weekly run does not happen because something of ours broke, tell us and we will run it.

12Limits on what we owe you

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

Beyond that: we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, or for anything that follows indirectly from using the service — including any decision made on the strength of a rating. Our total liability for everything else is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13Changes

We change the product often; that is what a subscription to this kind of tool is. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email the account at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it does. The date at the top says when this page last changed.

14Law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and its courts are where any dispute is settled. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not take away rights your own country gives you.
